What is Boot Camp?
Fit Core Boot Camps are outdoor fitness programs specifically designed to help you lose fat and pounds, increase your energy and metabolism levels and get stronger, more toned muscles to look great and feel great! We meet in 4-week segments starting in May. You can participate from spring right into autumn for the greatest results. You'll get several weeks of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training provided by your Boot Camp Coach. We meet for a full hour, including warm-up and cool-down, 2-3 times per week so you stay focused and meet your goals.

How long are the sessions and what is the cost (the investment in Me)?
Each Boot Camp session is one hour in duration. Come 2x/week for 4 weeks (8 classes) for $159 or get better pricing, and better results, by coming 3x/week for 4 weeks (12 classes) for $199. Start as soon as you can!

What will I get out of it?
You'll have more energy, look better and feel better. You'll notice your body parts getting firmer and flatter and you'll have to start digging through your closet to find clothes in a smaller size.

What if I'll be away on vacation or my work schedule fluctuates and I'll miss classes?
If you know you won't be able to attend for a week due to a vacation, talk to us about it. We try to be flexible. Just remember that the more committed you are to Boot Camp and the more classes you attend, the quicker you'll reach your health and fitness goals and look better and feel great!

What if I want to join but those times don't work for me?
Call or email us and let us know what times work better for you. There may be others that would like the same time as you and that could mean a schedule change or addition in your favor.

Why should I sign up?
You'll make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being and you'll make friends with other great people who share your same passion for getting healthier and losing weight.

What if I'm really out of shape?
You won't be left behind or asked to do more than you are capable of doing, but everyone will be challenged!  All abilities are welcome to participate. Each week the intensity level will increase slightly and the exercises will change.  We train progressively and build on each week's successes.

What if I'm already physically fit?
These Boot Camps are for ALL fitness levels. Everyone works at their own pace. Everyone will be challenged no matter what their current fitness level.

What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include calisthenics, medicine ball training, push-ups, squats, partner and team exercises, some light running and much more!  You'll also discover how cardio interval training will really boost your metabolism and improve your endurance.

What is the refund policy?
If notified after your session begins, I can only give you a credit towards another boot camp.  This credit is non-transferable. There is no cash refund.  This is not negotiable.

What do I need to bring?
You will need a mat, water, and you may want to bring a towel.

What should I wear?
Wear clothes that you can move around in easily.  Exercise pants/shorts, a t-shirt/tank and a good pair of running shoes or cross trainers are recommended. You may want a couple of layers for early morning camps.

What if it rains?
Boot Campers are NOT sissies!  So unless the weather is severe, and you receive an email from us that camp is canceled, we will meet as scheduled. Only three days of camp have ever been canceled in the last three years due to weather!

What if I'm the “slowest/clumsiest/most out-of-shape" person?
Just do the best you can each day. Each workout varies; you may be good at certain exercises that others are not and vice versa. And some exercises require a team effort. Most exercises can be modified to various fitness levels and abilities. If you need a modification just let your Coach know.

Can you help me clean up my diet?
Absolutely!  In fact, we'll be spending some of the time specifically on nutrition.  You'll discover how to eat healthier to drop additional weight and improve performance.
